How it works

Three steps, starting with one short call.

You don't need to prepare anything or dig up old files first. We start with a conversation.

  • 1

    A 20-minute call

We talk through what records your company keeps, how data licensing works, and whether you're likely a fit.

  • 2

    A short application

If it looks like a fit, you apply with the data buyer through DMK. I'll walk you through every question.

  • 3

    The buyer's review

The buyer reviews your company. If it's a match, they make an offer you're free to accept or decline. No offer is guaranteed.

A note from David

I've run a mold services business in Tampa Bay since 2013. In 2024, I sold my 100+ year-old pest control business, and now I work with pest control companies every week through my marketing agency. I started DMK Data Insights because most owners have no idea their day-to-day records might be worth anything.

My job is simple: give you a straight answer about whether you qualify, and help you apply if you do.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

Is it really free?

Yes. DMK Data Insights is paid by the data buyer, never by your business, and only if your company is accepted.

What kind of data do buyers want?

Everyday business records: service tickets, route and treatment logs, inspection reports, customer emails, SOPs, training materials, and CRM history. Several years of mostly English records is a good sign.

Do I lose my files?

No. The buyer licenses a copy of the records. Your originals stay with you.

What about my customers' privacy?

Buyers say they remove personal and sensitive information before the data is used. You can ask exactly how during their review, and we recommend checking any agreement with your own attorney.

How much could it be worth?

It depends on the buyer's review: your company's size, how many years of records you have, their quality, and your rights to share them. No amount is promised, and nobody can give you a real number before that review.

What if we're not a fit?

I'll tell you on the call. No pressure, no endless follow-ups, and no cost to you.

Who are the buyers?

Companies that license real business records to help train and test AI models. On the call, I'll explain which buyer fits your company and how their process works.

Do you work for the buyer?

No. DMK Data Insights is independent. I introduce qualified businesses to data buyers and receive a referral fee from the buyer if a business is accepted.
